Returns
For other orders if you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email us within 14 days to info@zipsterbaby.com to notify us of your wish to return. We will send you instructions on how to send the products back to us. Please note that we do not pay for returns postage.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging.
Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days.
Please note that if your order qualified for a multi-buy discount and you decide to return part of your order to the extent that the discount would no longer have been valid, we will calculate the difference saved and deduct this from your refund.
Delivery costs will not be refunded.
